left vermont and headed south to the cape. stopped in provincetown to catch up with my old friend matt and his wife lynn. they are AMAZING spirits, and just being in their presence made me want to squeeze every drop of joy out of life, every second possible. it was a short, but deliciously sweet visit (cupcakes and all ;). the second we parted, i missed them. theyve just moved to charlotte, nc and opened The Network Wellness Center of Charlotte .
cannot wait to visit them and their new endeavor...
(congrats to you both! :))
and, well, it was here on the cape that it became apparent that summer had finally arrived.
i spent that nite on the beach in truro, in the pouring rain. woke to a cloudy gray day and an empty beach to explore with bijou. on the way back to the car, this image conjured visions of the long, warm days ahead:
yeah. its locked up. guess it was too heavy to carry?
