finally made it for the wknd to visit jerome, kristine and the boys at the colorado boarder. had only been to the butte once in the fall so it was really nice to see midwinter. a bit carried away with the photos of the wknd - since we had such a good time. hope its not too many!

jake was nice enough to give me a little tour of the mt the next day. um, yeah thats him in the pipe, and yes there was absolutely no one else there, and yes it really was as good as it looks, and yes i would like to go back there many, many times, thank you very much.
we went out to the stash later that nite for pizza. (the macdaddy is by far the best pizza on the planet...thank you jake! ) and, someday im sure i will forgive dave for not coming but for now i'll just give him a big old thpppbbbtttt. somehow tequila shots showed up on the bar too. weird.
we had such a good time. have to admit we were pretty sad to leave. here's a pic of bij asking me if we really have to go...
